• Students under 13 should use the Service only with permission from a parent, guardian, or school.
• Teachers and school administrators may create and manage accounts on behalf of their organization.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@playmoneyquest.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of school or district policies.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by introducing malware or automated abuse.

MoneyQuest provides simulated financial scenarios for learning purposes. Content is for educational use only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Real-world financial decisions should be made with qualified professionals.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and scenarios, is owned by MoneyQuest or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or classroom educational use in accordance with these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if continued access could harm the Service, other users, or our organization. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid us.
